Good news: getting your Raer fix delivered to your door is easy, fast, and free if you spend enough (hint: €70 is the magic number). Here’s everything you need to know before your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany. More countries coming stay tuned!

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Free shipping thresholds depend on where you are. In the Netherlands, orders of €70 or more ship free. For Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, the free shipping threshold is €100. Below those amounts, we charge a flat fee. Simple as that.

How It Works

Once you place your order, here’s what happens:

• We process your order within 24 hours we don’t hang around

• Because we move fast, changes to your order aren’t possible once it’s placed. Double-check that cart!

• As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the delivery details

• Once we have your tracking number, we’ll send it straight to you so you can obsessively refresh the tracking page (we would too)

Large or Oversized Parcels

Most Raer orders are small enough to pop through your letterbox or ship as a small package but occasionally a larger order needs a little more thought. If your order is too big for our standard shipping rates, we’ll calculate the shipping cost individually and reach out to you before dispatching. No surprises, promise.

A Small Print Moment

Once your package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, we can’t be held responsible for exact delivery times. We promise we did our part the rest is up to the courier.
